Tupolev SB 2M-100 «4 Yellow» presumably belonged to the 24th SBP/5th Sqn (pilot Prochev). It was shot down by Finnish fighters when attacking Immola airfield on 21 December 1939
Tupolev SB-2M-100AU «3 Blue» (c/n 2/92) of the 44th SBP/5th Sqn. This aircraft was lost in a fatal crash on 30th January 1940 when pilot Ovcharenko (who had been suspended from a sortie because he lacked instrument flying skills) took the decision to take off on his own accord after the rest of the regiment had flown, but became disoriented in clouds
